Surrounded by the world of art around us, our signature cocktails are influenced by
various art forms and inspired by The Counter Collection. In our cocktails, there is an
avenue for exploration as much as there is an opportunity to feel right at home. We
hope you will find your own ideal.
Painting, sculpture, architecture, literature, cinema, dance and theatre are the art forms
celebrated through our cocktails. Our menu showcases Theatre through Chinese
flavours, Paintings through Indian flavours, Music and Cinema with Italian flavours
and the precision of Sculpting through Japanese flavours.

At AMADEO By Oberoi, we believe in creating extraordinary dining experiences. Our
culinary philosophy centres around The Counter Collection, which takes the multi-cuisine
restaurant concept to the next level by leveraging multiple mini identities as an eclectic
whole. These uniquely curated micro-concepts make clear and compelling statements of
culinary originality and excellence, being rooted in and inspired by four pillars of culinary
heritage whilst simultaneously pushing boundaries to present a kaleidoscope of true expression of quality, originality and craftsmanship. Authentic flavours and modern interpretations overtake mainstream renditions, as each section of the menu strives to deliver an experience that transcends its original form and culminates in a holistic taste experience.

About AMADEO by Oberoi

AMADEO By Oberoi is The Oberoi Group’s first independent restaurant in Mumbai. The restaurant promises elevated service and focused, authentic cuisines of the highest quality, prepared with unrivalled craftsmanship by Executive Chef Kayzad Sadri and his expert team.

Overlooking Dhirubhai Ambani Square’s lotus flower-inspired Fountain of Joy, AMADEO spans 14,600 square feet. There is also a private dining room for up to 8 guests.

The restaurant’s unique Counter Collection showcases micro-concepts from Japanese, Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisines – four pillars of culinary dynamism – in an interactive experience.

The restaurant is subtly divided into sections with interactive counters which ensure
an immersive dining experience while engaging with chefs of different cuisines.

The compass on our logo is a prominent part of our identity. AMADEO’s ‘O’ tilted like the Earth on its axis indicates constant movement, representing the evolving nature of our new restaurant in Mumbai and its fare. The arrow of the compass points guests towards adventure and new discoveries in an upward, evolutionary trajectory.

Meet Chef Kayzad Sadri, the Executive Chef at AMADEO By Oberoi. Born and raised in a family deeply rooted in rich culinary traditions, Kayzad developed an early appreciation for the diverse tapestry of flavours from around the world. In 2003, he graduated from the distinguished Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development, and quickly rose to prominence in the kitchens of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. He also became a known name in the UK culinary circles, being featured in Britain’s Waitrose Kitchen magazine and was named as one of India’s top chefs by Better Kitchen in their anniversary special.

With his extensive experience in Japan and Dubai, and his training under some of the world’s finest sushi, sashimi and Japanese hot kitchen experts, Greg brings a new level of culinary excellence to our vibrant new restaurant.

Meet Alisha Rampal, the Food & Beverage Manager at AMADEO By Oberoi.
Alisha’s association with The Oberoi Group began in 2008. By 2014, she had
received the prestigious “Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi Award for Overall
Excellence in Guest Service Management” and was later handpicked to join the F&B management for the reopening of The Oberoi, New Delhi. She has been similarly handpicked for AMADEO. Alisha’s pivotal role goes beyond orchestrating the perfect dining experience. She has been a part of the AMADEO journey since its inception.
Besides bringing together the varied elements of the restaurant, she nurtures a team of talented professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth and exceptional service. Her leadership inspires the team to develop their own repertoire which in turn enriches #TheAmadeoExperience.

Chef Kayzad Sadri

Born and raised in a family deeply rooted in rich culinary traditions, Chef Kayzad developed an early appreciation for the diverse tapestry of flavours from around the world.

In 2003, he graduated with a distinguished Post Graduate Diploma from The Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development, and quickly rose to prominence in the kitchens of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. He also became a known name in UK culinary circles, being featured in Britain’s Waitrose Kitchen magazine and named as one of India’s top chefs in by Better Kitchen in their anniversary special. Back home in India, he is a highly regarded chef for celebrities. He is also Hollywood star Ashton Kutcher’s personal chef in India.
