combined to showcase the best that nature has to offer in unique, imaginative and
unexplored flavour combinations. While we pay homage to various cuisines from
Western India, our focus to evolve the Indian cuisine led us to combinations like
Thecha paired with jalapeño, heirloom tomatoes in the form of Sev Tamatar and a
humble Kothambir Wadi with a warm coconut and chilli sauce.
